1. The creation of a sports teams and events
First, it’s important to know how to create a team.
Don’t panic, in a few clicks you will have a team, and you will be able to create events!
From our website or mobile app, you can create a team and simply sign in to your account to start adding players.
At this stage, you have 3 options.
(A little friendly advice, the 1st is the one that requires the least effort 😉 )
Option 1 :
You can share an open registration link to players or parents, so they can fill out the registration form themselves. To do so, simply go to the “Management” tab and click on “Team Settings” to ensure that the “Open registration” option is activated.
Option 2 :
You can import an Excel or CSV file that includes a list of all of your members and their personal information. (Note that this option is only available from a computer🖥).

Option 3 :
You can add members one at a time by going to the “Roster” tab and clicking on “New Member” to complete the form and save it once all the information is entered.
Now, you have everything you need to know in order to prepare your season’s calendar by adding all the events!
The season calendar is a great way to never forget a single event. Parents can refer to it directly from the app or can sync it from their personal calendar.

There are 2 options to proceed with adding events to the calendar.
Option 1 :
You can import an Excel or CSV file from the calendar into the application. (Note that this option is also only available on a computer 🖥).
Option 2 :
From the 3 small dots on the right, you can create one event at a time. You just have to choose between a match or an event and fill in the fields afterwards.
2. Availability management
Availability management is a key element in making your teamwork.
Fortunately, confirming your presence at an event has never been easier! For a coach, this feature makes all the difference. This allows coaches to quickly see which players would be present or not.
To indicate their presence, a player only has to log in and click on the “My availabilities” tab.
Also, if the option is selected in the notification settings, players can get an email allowing them to directly indicate their presence for an event, without having to open the application.
If the player is part of more than one team, they must ensure that they select the correct one by clicking on the “My Teams” tab above.
They will then be able to choose the icon corresponding to the status of your team’s events.
- Green checkmark indicates that a player will be present
- The X in red means that a player will be absent
- The question mark in blue indicates an uncertain presence.
If the checkmark is still gray or blue, depending if you’re on a mobile or on a computer, the player has not yet indicated his status.
It’ s also possible to leave a note for the coach in the comment section. For example, in case of absence, a player can give the reason.
In 3 easy steps, players can inform the coach of their absence, so that he can plan his events accordingly.
Coaches can also select a pre-determined warning time before an event.
They just have to go under the “My account” section and click on the “Notifications” tab.
They will be able to choose the team in which they wish to set the notification parameters. Then, they will have to choose a deadline to receive the answers from the players, and by what means of communication they wish to be informed.

3. The Covid-19 module
MonClubSportif developed the Covid-19 module during the forced leave to allow coaches to monitor their player’s health and ensure a safe environment when returning to play.
If this is your first time using the module, you must first activate the feature by going to the Covid-19 section.
You will then find 3 questions based on Health Canada’s criteria, which you can modify or delete. You can even add questions if you want.
Just as with attendance notifications, you can choose a time frame to collect responses from your players. You will be able to track the health status of your members throughout the season and adjust the form as needed.
If you have Covid-19 cases in one of your teams, you will be able to access the list of members who were present at the event, to recommend that they go for a screening test.
