In order to change the recipients, click on &#8220;Modify&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monclubsportif.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/11\/EN-Mobile-3-modify-recipients.jpg\" alt=\"Mobile version - Modify discussion recipients\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #e8e8e8; margin-bottom: 15px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Deselect the option &#8220;Entire team&#8221; and then select your recipients. You can select\/deselect members individually or groupwise.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monclubsportif.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/11\/EN-Mobile-3-select-recipients.jpg\" alt=\"Mobile version - Select recipients\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #e8e8e8; margin-bottom: 15px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Those discussions that are directed to only some of the members are private and will not be visible to the rest of the team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:0;\"><strong>4<sup>th<\/sup> step:<\/strong> Type in the subject and content of your message, then select if you want the following options:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:20px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0;\">&#8220;Pin&#8221; to keep this discussion at the top of the list. (only available for managers)<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:0;\">&#8220;Send a copy by email&#8221; to notify every member of the team by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then, send the message.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/monclubsportif.com\/kb\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/11\/EN-Mobile-4-write-new-message.jpg\" alt=\"Mobile version - New message\" width=\"400\" height=\"631\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #e8e8e8;
