What is MonClubSportif? A solution used by a third of Quebec’s high schools to manage extracurricular sports. Developed by and for sports enthusiasts, the mission of this team and sports organization management software is to simplify the lives of coaches and sports managers so they can focus on what really interests them… sports! 🚀

Behind the scenes, we’re a dynamic team – average age 28 – ready to conquer North America. MonClubSportif is growing fast and we’re looking for a first-round pick to support our expansion. We breathe sport into our culture. Our hierarchy is like a sports team where everyone has a role to play. You don’t need to have played in Division 1, but good communication, team spirit and a desire to excel are cornerstones.

🎯 Your mission, if you're feeling up to it:

  • Rocking Quebec schools: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new customers with the sales team.
  • Prospecting and qualification:
    • Identify, research and approach potential customers.
    • Contact prospects. In practical terms, we use every possible means to talk to potential customers and generate interest: telephone, video, e-mail, chat, seminars. We’ve got more than one trick up our sleeve.
    • Qualify incoming leads according to company criteria (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Indicator board: Maintain a clean database (CRM) by documenting interactions with prospects.
  • Launching perfect passes: Once you’ve made contact and generated curiosity, you’ll pass the baton to an account manager who will be responsible for presenting the platform and closing sales. This involves identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Prospect follow-up:
    • Follow up regularly with cold prospects or non-responders.
    • Follow-up with prospects who have shown an initial interest, but have not yet made a decision.
  • Cross-team collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns and develop sales tools.
    • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and campaigns.
  • Continuous improvement:
    • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques.
    • Test and adjust call or email scripts to maximize conversion rates.
  • Talking to enthusiasts: Your contacts are athletic directors who are doing their best to professionalize their sports programs, but lack the tools to do so. They’re overwhelmed by administrative tasks and struggle to put their energies where they’d make a difference for our young people.
  • A societal impact: By working for MonClubSportif, you’re helping to prevent school dropouts, ensure a healthy lifestyle for future generations and provide a safe, abuse-free sporting environment.

  • A passion for sales: Sales is in every sphere of our lives whether we like it or not. You have to persuade and convince every day. If you’re good at getting your ideas across, you’ve come to the right place.
  • Sportsmanship: It’s been said of sales that “it’s a numbers game”. It’s absolutely true. It takes a lot of repetition to become excellent. Do the right thing over a long period of time and you are going to succeed, period. Consistency is the secret of the successful athlete. This principle is just as true in this role.
  • Rigor and autonomy: To succeed in this role, you need to be able to take the initiative. Just because you do things a certain way doesn’t mean there’s no room for optimization. Challenge the status quo and your voice will always be heard.
  • A good communicator: Smooth talker, good repartee, excellent ability to express yourself. People hang on your every word when you tell an anecdote? People tell you you have a touch of charisma? You’ve got a way with words? – PS, a little Franglais here and there in the offer; we’re looking for someone bilingual.
  • Team spirit: We’re a high-performance team that pulls each other up and sticks together. We learn at breakneck speed and constantly think outside the box to reach new heights.
  • Coachable: You’re not expected to be an expert on Day 1. We have a lot of knowledge to transfer. We want to make our rookie a concession player, but you have to be open to learning and putting in the effort to get there.
