With the current pandemic, school and community sports, as well as sports organizations, are taking a hard hit. Seasons have been disrupted for several months now, and no one knows when things will return to normal. Until that much-anticipated day comes, sports will resume under different conditions, where the player’s health status will be the main focus.

Why Track Your Players' Health Status?

Every sports organization has its own unique reality. However, one thing is certain: public health guidelines must be followed. In light of these requirements, it becomes essential to ask certain questions to your members. Waiting for someone to show up on-site or calling each player individually to ask these questions is not an optimal solution.

We’ve heard your concerns, and we’re excited to announce that MonClubSportif has THE solution for you. We have developed an automated system that allows for daily health monitoring and conducting an epidemiological survey in less than 5 minutes!

Easily track your players’ health status directly in the app with the new “Health” feature, offered free of charge to all MonClubSportif members. The current situation is challenging enough; managing your sports team doesn’t have to be!

Validation in just a few seconds

With this new module, it will be easy for you to validate your members’ health status. No more individually contacting players to check on their health, filling out forms by hand, or conducting lengthy epidemiological investigations to identify players affected by an outbreak. With our new feature, all these challenges are resolved in one place, quickly and with just a few clicks.

Essential Screening Questions

When you activate the feature, the 3 questions required by Health Canada are automatically generated. A form will now be sent to players with a pre-set sending time before the event, established by the coach. These questions are customizable, and you can also add or remove them as needed. This allows you to create tailored questions based on your team’s specific requirements. If you wish to inform your members that you’re activating the feature, you can do so with a custom message of your choice.

Effective Player Monitoring

If a player answers “no” to all 3 questions, they are eligible to participate in the next event. If the player answers “yes” to any of the questions, the coach will be automatically notified and can initiate an investigation. If necessary, the coach can modify an individual player’s form and export the list of players who have been in contact with those affected. It is also possible to export the list of responses for any time period of your choice.

This makes daily monitoring very straightforward, and you can easily inform your organization or public health authorities. For a step-by-step guide on how to use the module, please consult our support article.
