What platforms does MonClubSportif support?
MonClubSportif is available on the Web. A full version and a mobile-optimized version are available. An Android app and an iOS app are also available.

MonClubSportif is a Leonard product. Our team is made up of sports enthusiasts who want to make life easier for sports teams.

I’ve created my team. What’s the next step?
The first step is to add members to your team in the members section. You can then invite them to join your team on MonClubSportif. The next step will normally be to create your team’s events and matches under the calendar section. From this point on, you’ll be able to take advantage of most of the features offered by MonClubSportif!

The Dashboard link is not available, is this normal?
Yes, to make life easier for our users, they are automatically redirected to their team’s home page when they are members of just one team. The overview is a powerful tool, but it’s especially useful when a user is a member of several teams at once.

How much does MonClubSportif cost?
Registration is free on MonClubSportif and each new team benefits from a full 30-day free trial! After this period, use of the application costs CA$6.00 per team for a regular monthly package, or only CA$60.00 per team for a regular annual package. For more details, go to the Rates section.

Who pays for the subscription?
Only the team owner is responsible for MonClubSportif membership fees. The rest of the team, players and parents, pay nothing!

MonClubSportif is exactly what I need. How do I get a regular package?
You must be the team owner to subscribe to a package. In the Web application, go to Billing & Management. In the My Teams area, click on «Pick a plan» bouton for the desired team. You can then select a package and complete the billing information.

How do I cancel a regular package?
In the Web application, go to Billing & Management. If you own a team, it should appear under My Teams. Simply click on the Unsubscribe option for the desired team. The team will no longer be accessible from the end of your current payment period.

What payment methods are available for purchasing a package?
We support Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments.

How can I change my credit card information?
In the Web application, go to My Teams. If you own a team, it should appear under My Packages. Simply click on the Modify My Credit Card option for the package in question.
