MonClubSportif, an Alternative to Teamstuff

2020 was terrible on many aspects and great businesses, like TeamStuff, did suffer a lot. December 31th 2021 will mark the end of an Era. TeamStuff will close for good letting all their clients “solutionless”.

Knowing that TeamStuff’s clients are sports teams and clubs, how can we help these passionate people. Stay with me until the end, you won’t regret it!

There are many options:

• Stop playing their beloved sport (… to be discarded as soon as possible!)

The free version may seem interesting, but you have to understand that most of the features are unavailable. From the lack of support to the limitation of the number of days available in the calendar, it is only useful for users who connect a few times a year.

This subscription is $ 5.99 USD (approximately $ 8.00 CAD) per team member. Thus, the total cost per team can go up at a blazing speed. For example, for a team of 20 members (including coaches and parents) the total goes around $ 160.00 CAD per year.

MonClubSportif is an application that is available for only $ 6.00 CAD per team per month or $ 60.00 annually, regardless of the number of members on the team. A big gap to consider.

Among the most appreciated features at MonClubSportif, the import of a list of players and the season calendar are the ones that stand out the most. In fact, you can have a fully functional team in less than 5 minutes thanks to these. In a few clicks, all your players and their contact information can be entered directly into the application. About the calendar, games, practices, parents’ meetings, etc. will all be displayed as well as the address of the place, the date and specific hours.

TeamStuff had several interesting features, but the import of games was only available with the paid plan. For training sessions and other events, you had to take the time to create them individually.

Teamstuff offered several languages, but it was all software translations. Thus, several pages and sentences appearing on the application and the website in English, even if you use the French version. If you are not bilingual, no problem! MonClubSportif developed a French version wrote by French Canadians and an English version wrote by English Canadians.

Teamstuff does not offer you the opportunity to answer your questions in English. In fact, if you don’t pay, you don’t get answers at all.
