4. Wrestling

Wrestling is a sport that demands considerable physical strength, endurance, agility and technique. It also requires strict dietary discipline to maintain a specific weight, which can be stressful for young athletes. In addition, the individual nature of wrestling can add significant psychological pressure.

5. Figure skating

Figure skating is a sport that demands a unique combination of artistic grace and physical strength. Athletes must learn to perform difficult jumps and spins, often under intense pressure. In addition to the physical demands, figure skating also includes a strong performance component, which can be stressful for young athletes.
